General Terms and Conditions

1. Application and Scope of the Agreement
These terms and conditions apply between ER Sweden AB (‘Rahmqvist’), org.nr 556232-6115 (‘Seller’), and the buyer (‘Buyer’) acting as a trader. By accepting an order, the Customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Products and offers
Rahmqvist offers products via the seller, telephone or e-mail. We reserve the right to final sale and any errors in product descriptions, images or stock status. The seller reserves the right to adjust prices and product range at any time without prior notice.

3. Price and payment
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and other additional charges such as customs etc., unless otherwise stated.
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, and late payment will incur penalty interest and possible collection costs.
In order to ensure creditworthiness, Rahmqvist may carry out credit checks.

4. Shipping cost and ownership
The shipping cost is SEK 89 excl. VAT and is in addition to the cost of the goods. Ownership of the product remains with the Seller until full payment has been made.

5. Environment and quality
Rahmqvist has been certified according to ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 9001 (quality) since 1996.

6. Force Majeure
Rahmqvist is not responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control, such as labour disputes, war, natural disasters, terror or other force majeure events. We undertake to inform the Customer as soon as possible. If the duration exceeds two months, both parties are entitled to cancel the contract with immediate effect.

7. Changes to terms and conditions
Rahmqvist reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will come into force when they are published on the website.

8 Returns and complaints
As a company, you are referred to the provisions of the The Swedish Sale of Goods Act (1990:931).

Returns and right of exchange: Business customers do not have the right of cancellation or open purchase.

Complaints: All complaints must be made within a reasonable time, but no later than 8 days after the fault was discovered or should have been discovered. Defects must be reported to Rahmqvist in writing by e-mail to info@rahmqvist.com or directly to the responsible seller, and contain the following information:

- Order number
- A clear description of the fault or damage
- Pictures or videos showing the problem

Transport damage:

- Visible damage should be reported directly to the driver upon receipt and the customer should contact Rahmqvist the same day.
- Hidden damage must be reported within 7 working days via Rahmqvist at info@rahmqvist.com or directly to the responsible salesperson.
- For all transport damage, a clear description, photographs of the damage and the packaging are required.

 

9. Technical warranty
Technical products cannot be claimed after the warranty period has expired.
